does anyone know how tomake your ahiel really good. I think it's got something to do wiv changin somat to 0.0 but what file do I change

Can anyone please help me

You can edit the stats of shileds in one of the .ini files. You'll need BiniQDU or something similar, and you'll need to understand the layout of the decrypted .ini files.
