Hovis with Rebalance 1.9

I've beaten him over and over again. but each time, I just see the cinematics of me finishing the course.

Nothing else. No new missions, no docking allowed anywhere.

I'm just left there alone at the course.

If I destroy anything, it says I lost the race because I fired my weapons.

Perhaps I was going too fast (new rebalance mod engines) and threw off the race script?

Anyone playing SP over again with rebalance had this problem?

I've seen that.

What happened with me is Hovis smacked into a Ring and blew up. The way I got around it was to edit the Constants.ini manually and reset the Cruise speed back down to 300 for the race.
