Change cruise speed in Multiplayer?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how I can edit the ini file to change my cruise speed in multiplayer. I've noticed a few people do it and the servers don't detect "cheating". I won't use it to run away from fights or anything (I would risk being banned from the server), I just want to be able to get from one side of the galaxy to the other much quicker.

Can anyone help to do this, in a way that v1.0 and v1.1 servers won't kick you automatically for "cheating detected"?

Do you know if these can be automatically detected by servers as "cheats" or not?
