Scan Range and Speedometer...

Anyone know how to actually make scanners work over 4k in distance...and also how to make the speedometer show an accurate speed?

um the speedometer does show an accurate speed. for example, 79 m/s w/ standrad engines.

If I understand correctly you want the spedometer to show your acutaly speed while in cruise right? That possible, but I don't know how to do it. Check some mods, Reynen's is one I believe. On the scanner thing, hit the search button there, you'll find it.

ur scanner stuff is in a file in the equipment folder along with tractor beams to. although i dont know if u increase range if it will work in mp
