Simple question here...

If I use FL Mod Manager can I still play MP unmodded if I turn all of the SP mod's off before I log on and play? Or do I even need to?

If you use FLMM 1.2 you should have no probs switching the mods off and reverting to unmodded. You can do it with 1.1 too if you remember to move all your savegames where you have a modded ship or are in a modded system to a different folder.
