Constants.ini?

Every time I try to decompress the constants.ini with BiniQDU it says that it is not a valid ini when I know it is. Can someone help me?

hey dude,

sounds like you decrypted it already.

try opening it in wordpad to check

now it says file not found when i try to decompress...error 52. I know others have had this same problem. What did you do to solve it?
