anyone here have this problem:

ok i changed the dagger t sell at manhatten for 10 bux right, then i chnage the level to purchase it to be 0, even though i chnaged it the stats for the hsip are all the same still its sells at normal price and buy level is still 4 what do i do to fix this its aggravating me to no end
