i think it had something to do with setting its capacity and regen to zero. not positive though.

Either that or the weapon damage was set at nearly the same level as the uber shields capacity.

wep daamge wont wrk on every mp server if u chnage the weps damage it wil only do what th server files says damage is for that wep

the weapon itself couldnt but if someone changed the shield then it would be easier.
The way to get through is an incredibly powerful weapon whic only takes 2 shots.
1 for shield and 1 for hull

theres a way to bypass hsield totally but thn again thats no fun

I'm not too sure what I did, me and my clan members were trying out a anti cheat server of ours, one had the ubershield mod on. I used that mutiple missile/gun/whatever trick and fired all 10 missiles I had on him. It somehow cut right through the shield and blew him up. Others tried with the advance beam mod and all but it didn't get through. Oh and the missles were stock missiles, javelin and stalker. Nothing edited.

You may want to post on the MP forum instead of digging very old threads taht those who started them may not be around. Just a thought.

I think I know what it was. it might of been what happens when you use a shield trainer over the net. it makes weaps go right through it.
