Changing optimal weapon classes?

I've looked around in the .ini files a lot and could only figure out how to change the maximum weapon class. Is there anyone out there that knows how to change the optimal weapon class for a ship?

The optimal weapons class depends on the power rating of the ship. The higher the power rating, the slower your weapon energy runs out. Optimal class is the class which drains energy after 30 seconds or so
