Do these mods exsit?/How would I go about making them?

Firstly I'd like to be able to access every system used in the SP campaign (Including the dyson sphere, alaska, etc..) Also, how can I put the osiris somewhere? So I can buy the anubis and just land there. Thanks.

Yes, several mods support those, though im not sure of their names or if they include both features your asking for. Im am sure one of the other mod makers will be able to name them for you.

Check the mod announce forum and check the feature list on the various mods of you do not want to wait.

FLRebalance opens up the gates you want.

I dunno about the osiris tho. I assume it would be possible 'cause it is already set up as a base at some point, so editing the system to stick in another base and then giving it the skin of the osiris should do it. After that it would just be a case of adding the stuff you wanted sold there i.e. the anubis. Probably alot easier just to make the anubis available somwhere else tho
