How do you edit ship/station stats, and get the neccesary so

I would very much like to know how to edit ship stats and station stats, but I don't have the right software and I don't know how. Help form a kind and generous soul would be much appreciated!

you need BiniQDU, or another .ini editor....i dont feel like going through specifics right now, but i'm sure if you do a search in the forums for whatever, you'll find what you are looking for...
