FLMOD and Porsche Ships and

I have just installed the latest Porsche ships on my pc and when I try to activate it FLMOD gets half way through and then spits out the following error message.

Error: Can't open file C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Freelancer\data\equipment\market_ships.ini, error = 5

I have checked to make sure the market_ship.ini file is not read only. I have downloaded and extracted the Original Ini files from the download section and have uninstalled and reinstalled FLMOD. Still spits out the same message. Does anyone know what the problem is?

EDIT: OK the problem is not only with Porsche's mod but with several others also. I get the same error messages for the following mods:
Beam Weapon Mod - "beam_effects.ini" and/or "weapon_equip.ini"
No Story Mod - "m01a.ini"
All 3 Speed mods - "constants.ini"

hey dude,

what version of flmm are you using - if its 1.1 the try the beta (thread in this forum) and see if that helps

Thanks, that did the trick. v1.1. works on my desktop but for some reason I had the issues on my laptop. Not a problem with v1.2 though. Thanks for the help.
