HUD Colour Change MOD?

Is there a mod to let you be able to change the colour of your hud/targetting?

Some of the backgrounds in sirius sector etc make it hard to see exactly where the crosshairs are.

Just my $0.02, but it could just be the cardamine talking.

Not to mention the ugly purple gigantic way point markers that keep reminding me of barney.. Would be great to change them into small thin nice green rectangles like they have in other simulations
