Those Files just turn out all box things and weird things....

Easy...

1. Find out the name of the ship you want to add to a base, e.g. the Anubis is "coe2_package".
2. Open Data/Equipment/market_ships.ini and uncompress it with BINI if you haven't already.
3. Browse down to the base you want the ship to be sold at, e.g. Planet Manhattan is "base = Li01_01_base"
4. Find the ship you want in the following list, and change the last 6 numbers to : "-1, 1, 1, 0, 1, 1". DO NOT CHANGE THE FIRST NUM!
5. Voila! Fly to manhattan and buy the ship.

NOTE: You can only ever have a max of 3 ships sold at each base. Exceeding this screws your game up. B-)

And how do i decrypt with BINI,sorry i am REALLY new too changing files and stuff

First things first.

1) Get ‘BINI QDU’ to edit '.ini' files.
This is available from the Download section of this very fine web site.

2)Open ‘BINI QDU’…Click the ‘Open’ button…select the following .ini file for example. (This is based on the standard install location)

C:\Program files\Microsoft Games\Freelancer\DATA\SHIPS\ shiparch.ini

And hey presto you can read whats in the ini file and even edit it and save it.

Repeat this process with any ini file you want to look at.

HOWEVER...BIG BIG WARNING, based on what and how you are asking, I STRONGLY recommend you back up all your original ini files or download from this web site (in the DL section) the zip file that contains them.
