BAB5 MOD

Could the owner of the bab5 mod or anyone that knows the answer please contact me asap!

I have seen that the bab5 mod can go over level 38 on the ranks..
I would like to know how this is done, so i can do the same, I have search through endless .dll and have found nothing as yet..
Please could someone help!
