help with modding

ok, so i must be the dumbest person in the world when i am asking this, but what the hell do i change/replace etc to get general un-encrypted ini files to work (and not keep exiting instantly with errors) or am i being uber dumb and have to re-encrypt them..???

I'm East Clintwood and I'm dumb.. well do ya punk..do ya what?.. i dont know[!

Easy my friend. Use Bini, its in the Utilities section. Have fun

actually, its not *that* easy.. it was in fact the modded save games i had left over from reynens funky mod.. i had to clear out all my save games so now i have to start again

( but oh well.. cruising around at 999999 is REALLY fun
