When adding shipd to planet/base

Havn't seen this specifically and it's beginning to drive me nuts so I have to ask.

I have edited the ini file market_ships, to allow me to by say a Titan... coe2 package... but when I hop back into the game the markets list doesn't change.

There's no more than three ships in the market, and it still doesn't work. Could someone please let me know if I'm missing something painfully obvious?

Just to make sure we are clear, you are re-starting the game between .ini mods, right? After all, the .inis are read at program launch only.

sorry should have made that clear.

Yes I am restarting the game after modding anything. But still no results.
