Adding specific Jobs on the Job Board

hi guys.. got one simple question is it possible to add a specific job
on a jobboard while the server is running? Which means. Are the infos's in a ini or is it a dll. Does it allow me to enter as a hunted person a Real Player?

If somebody knows..please let me know..

Not within the tradition modding system, because the inis are loaded at startup but there may be an unusual way to achieve the same result. Though i cannot see it being possibly my self.
