Made a ship but not exactly working

I made the Defiant off star trek and implimented it in to the game! i changed Anubis files so it desplayed the defiant instead of that ship but when i go to pilot the ship,.. the game crashes... + the texture on the ship changed so it was backwards... (looked really weird) if someone wants to help me out can... or if they want the milk shape files and textures can u give me a buzz

textures - just flip them 180 deg and put them back into the mat files they will look fine in game.

the crashing problem is a problem with one of the ini files you have edited.

paste up the ini bits for your ship and i will have a look at them see if i (or someone else on this board ) can see what is wrong.

or email the ini files to me and i will sort it and send it back.

ok i completly re-did the .ini file... and i can polit the ship now... the only problem is that the textures are still the same.... reversed and upside down... i tryed flipping it but did work.... the textures look ok in milk shape but dont go together in the actual game??? any ideas???

no leave them the way you had them in milk shape but flip it for the mat only

how do u flip them for the mat??? i followed the startrek borg tutorial to make the ship and textures and stuff... if thats any help

hey dude,

import the tga's into something like photoshop and flip them vertically - then save to a different directory so you know which are flipped and which not (remember to keep the name the same).then use the flipped ones to make your mat file.
