sry guys but one more quick qusetion

I can use one of my computers to mod and it works fine and I use windows 98
but then when I try it on my other computer it does not work and this computer also uses windows 98

The problem is when I try and install BiniQDU v1.1 it comes up with an error saying "A required .DLL file, MSVBVM60.DLL, was not found" and then when I press ok it comes up with "Cannot start main setup program! (Createprocess() returned error code 0x00000485H)"

Plz can you help me

sounds more like your other computer doesn't have that dll file to run the program. You tried to look for the file and copy it from you pc to the other one?

Well maybe I could do this but where would I put the DLL file if I had it.

I also don't see how one of my computers works and the other not I used the same version for both computers and they both run off windows 98
and what the hell is this file?
What does it do apart from prevent my computer from running BiniQDU?

Go to google.com and search for the missing .DLL file

Download it and place it in C:\Windows\System

OR

C:\Windows\System32

I'm not sure which it is, look in both and put it in whichever has the most .DLL files

I downloaded it and extracted it to windows system directory and Bini installed
