Is there any way to see the whole map with all wrecks, planet names and so on in the game?

maybe you know some mods...

the closest you can get is to visit http://reflex95.hihome.com/ for a galaxy map, or alternatively you could go through the ini file of every single system and change the visit = 0 to visit = 1
