I have spent hours looking at the various posts on new ships and stuff to find nothing very helpfull for creating what I need...

I would like an idiots guide on how to add a simple static battle ship outside manhatton NY, that is there acting as a station for Zonners..
I would b great full for any info with regards to how you set faction owner of the base and other items like this including what can b sold from the new base etc..

Please reply asap, im following this post and need the help fast!
