POS of ship

Can anyone tell me how to get the POS of my ship while flying in the system?
is it possible to create a planet that is following me wherever i go?

That is the absolute STUPIDEST idea I've ever heard ..... If you had a planet following you, wouldn't you burn up anything you passed????
