Mission vendor and mbases.ini

Have not found any topic covering this:
Whenever you uncompress mbases.ini - even if you don't apply any changes - and substitute the uncompressed file, the mission vendor doesn't work any more.
May be due to the large file size (uncompressed 1.5M

?
Somebody knows a workaround?

download bini v1.1 so that the uncompressed mbases.ini works!
