Need Help With Playable Gunship

I really need some help getting this gunship to work in both SP and MP. The game loads and runs fine until I try to view the Manhattan ship dealer (its where I have the gunboat) then its just closes and bings up that dang "send error report" thing. Is there any kind of special think I need to do to get a gunship working? I have added 3 other ships from in game and haven't had any trouble with them.

Here is the entry I have for shiparch.ini. I hope someone can figure out what I did wrong. If you need to see other files just tell me which ones to post. If anyone has a finished mod you can just post a link to that and I can take it apart to see how it works. I already have a Kusari Gunship Mod for FLMM but they changed to many things in it for the use I will put it to. Thanks in advance!
