I sent the file(FLMOD format) to Lancer Reactor & Free Worlds.

I seen in the thread above someone wanted a freighter..I'll look into which one isnt being done and see what I can do.

I was doing the Y-wing but someone at Free Worlds is working on one.

I think I might do the Corellian Corvette (ship fleeing from Darth Vader in the opening seen of Star Wars). I dont know how fun it would be to fly or i could dock at a station even..we'll see.

Porsche, your models are great, please don't be stopped by the fact that someone else is making some ship (they are not ...). People can always choose between quality and number of polys themselves .

As candidate for your next ships, maybe the Naboo FIghter ... or the small Fighter Ship Obi-Wan was flying in Attack of the Clones ? There was also a nice looking freighter in which the senator runs out of the Corescant planet ...

But I think making a fighter that tough will unballance any mod its in.

I would suggest 2500 hit points, 20nanos for each and cargo hold of 30 for that model. Then adjust the shields, guns & speed to make it more or less effective. also tweak the the straffe and other values to make it handle like it should handle in the game.

I think it would rock with those stats.

Bigger, badder, harder has a natural limit in the end but the game lacks some intermediate fighters which means that B wing would fit right in to a niche somewhere.

I think the B wing would be at rotational moves and perhaps steering too but not so hot at strafing going by its design.

I see Lancer Reactor has posted the B-Wing for download under the Freelancer download section.

Still waiting on Free Worlds to post the file.

I started work on the Sith Infiltrator & Jedi Starfighter.. these ships should be my next releases.
