A way to extract sound files?

Im playing around working on a few projects of my own and I was curious if it was possible to view/edit/extract sounds from FreeLancer. Whether by utility or what not. Just need some samples of the sounds from the Jump Gates and Trade Lanes something like warp sounds and such and such. Any help on those resources would be greatly appreciated.

You don't need to extract anything. MS provided them as .wav files and they can be found neatly filed under \DATA\AUDIO\SOUNDS folder. I use a number of them for my system sounds in Windows...
