how do u use the ini uncompressor i dont know how to use it????

if you want, I'm not telling you to look somewhere else but take a look in the tutorial section at the post called teaching us the basics someone put some useful information there. if your still confused after reading it dont blame me cause that guy isnt very bright. I think his mind is going but thats my opinion.

There have been some things said about the reliablity of the Windows BUI BINI uncompressor vs. the command line version. I use the GUI uncompressor. I have not had any problems with it. Just install it and click on OPEN. Navigate to the file you want to edit or look at and open it. Then close the file. It just created a file with the extesion "ini.txt". You can open the .txt file in notepad and read/modify it. Be sure to unselect WORDWRAP in notepad before you save the file. Be sure to make a copy of the original file before you substitue your new file.
