Enabling auto-guns

I was wondering if anyone has found a way to enable a mod for turrets yet that actually shoot & track by themselves.I have but so far had frugal efforts in attaining such a solution

Nope. Nobody has figured that out yet.

Hmmm.Oh well it was worth a shot.


Anyway I think that the reason maybe they don't work is because of how all guns on the players ship are integrated into the targeting reticle in which no matter what you do even setting the turrets as autoguns=true does nothing.So maybe finding a way of getting rid of that might work or has anyone tried this since I don't know where the files are pertaining to the views of the target reticle it self.

Can't get the auto turret working.
I only made the rounds are tracking target by themselves like missiles.
