any ideas what wrong here, i've installed rebalance mod5d and no story mods everything works fine but i stuck in Liberty, i cant jump to another system.

try deactivating both
and then reactivate rebalance and freeplay in that order.
as freeplay has the unlocking code for the warp holes.
