Maybe im being very stupid, but could somebody please tell me, step-by-step how to add a harpoint to a ship that previously had none. I've seen everywhere that you are supposed to use a UTF editor, and and downloaded the one from this site, but I have no idea how to add the hard point. If anybody could spend a little time writing a step-by-step guide I would be most appreciative.
