Changing descriptions

Is it possible to change the description of a weapon/item/ship etc?
For instance at the equipment dealer how do you change what is said about an item?

About change descriptions and name :
Download the IDsEditor in this site's downloads.
Descriptions and name are numbers in the *.ini files and in *.dll locate in EXE folder, there are the name and descriptions whitch correspond with the numbers.
It is easy you'll see.

In the site's navigation menu, look to the bottom. There's an Editing section, with a Utilities link. All the editing downloads are within that link:
