Xeons Drake Mod Idea 01

Basically I have a nice Idea about what could be done with the Drake, Something like a Drake Mk II with thew following specs:

Price: $ 92,920
Gun/Turret Mounts: 2/0
Armor: 3800
Cargo Space: 15
Max. Batteries/Nanobots: 30
Optimal Power Rating: 8
Max. Power Rating: 10
Add. Equipment Slots: Mine Launcher, Countermeasure Launcher, Cruise Disruptor

My Idea is that its a Drake that has been modified to make it able to carry lvl 10 weapons, but the modification came at a price (Game Balance), because it needs a larger generator, it reduces the cargo space, and since its a huge jump in weapons performance, it can only hold 2 (needs a bit of editing on its model)
the armor and shields also come into the equation.

I think it would be nice to do this to the Drake because of its extreme manouvreability, and minute size (just love the way the AIs just cant hit it )

I would need some help with the technical side of things, because my Modding skills stop where the Coding starts
