Sorry to bother but i have a problem. (again)As described in the post "
is there a way to make leveling harder" Hers the problem again.

I used bini to open the ptough.ini and copied level 7's value and pasted
it in level 5's spot (I'm at level 4) saved the txt file as
ptough.ini ( I have file extensions shown) loaded the game and nothing
has changed

Is it because I'm loading in a save game? Do I need to restart?
