I see alot of ppl complaining about Bini because its command prompt. I dont know if alot of ppl know this but you can simply place Bini in the folder of the ini u want to uncompress and drag the ini over Bini.exe and the command prompt will flash very quickly and half a second later there will be a name.ini.txt in the same folder
