For cruise speed:

Open Constants.ini under ..\DATA and add this line under [EngineEquipConsts

CRUISING_SPEED = (your choice)

Notice that your speedo will still say your speed is 300 in cruise but you are actually going at your own defined speed.

For thrusters, modify this line for your favourite thruster in ST_equip.ini in ..\DATA\EQUIPMENT

max_force = (your choice)

Note that the force divide by 600 is the actually speed your thruster add to your normal speed.

For normal speed, do the same thing to your favourite engine in engine_equip.ini.

There's another one you have to add or modify if you want to go over 1000
(ANOM_LIMITS_MAX_VELOCITY?) it's been mentioned several places, look around.

Hongy and cyXor, you have to decompress the ini files first with bini or biniQDU, then add that line to the right place.

Problem is, its alredy decompressed at least it seems like it, biniqdu says its not a FL INI file... Weird
