Need FLMM Help

Everytime I use a mod,I can't deactivate it. It always tells me that it can't access some obscure file. I go to restore all files or whatever it is and SOMETIMES that works. Also, a lot of times when I activate a mod, FLMM stops responding. After a few minutes, I control-alt-delete it and end task it and open it again to find that SOMETIMES the mod will be activated and SOMETIMES it will not. Is there something I'm missing here?

Uninstall FLMM, and re-download it from the sticky thread. If that doesn't solve the problem, could you tell me which obscure file it can't access?
