*HELP* with modding nomad ship

i have tried and tried and have played around with all this modding stuff but i still cant get a nomad battleship to where it will fire weapons and i can purchase it from manhattan for $1000 . i know it can be done because i saw it in a mp server and someone else was using it, he was also able to dock on manhattan with it. i have a feeling zen's tutorial would help me but his webpage is down (duwx.com) thanks in advance for all of your help.

thanks alot, i used it and it works. but i cant control it whatsoever. lol. anyone accomplish this?
