I looked through some of the post but didnt see anything for this. If i missed it plz let me know.

How do you get access to Tohoku? Says "access denied"

Gates going to there, and Alaska are SP story line gates. After you finish the story line there is nothing to do at either location. That's why they are locked. I don't know if one of the "unlock gates" Mods will unlock them.

Yeah, i set all the visit' to =1 but it didnt make any difference.
