Adding Engines and other things?

I know most people will just blow this off but i have already done the adding tractor beam and scanner but i didn't find how you add engines and cloaking devices in here. So if any of you can help me it would be greatly appreciated

engines, yes. powerplants too...
check the Compilation thread, there's a link to a tutorial i made.

cloaks, no
there are a lot of threads about this. it doesn't work properly (yet)

Whoops!

I forgot i had only mentionned scanners & tractors. Sorry about that. The thing is, if you can do scanners & tractors, you can do engines & powerplants. Just make [Good entries for every engine & powerplant. Use the [Power and [Engine entries as a source. Once you've done this, the items you've made into goods show up in your inventory.

Bummer: can't sell your old engine, have to jettison it

I used your tutorial, Purp, to do the engines. It was excellent.

However, I couldn't get power plants to work. I've read on this board in a couple of places that they're harder to do for some reason, but I couldn't find out why. I've also seen that some people have mods that add powerplants. I just couldn't find out how.

Any help would be appreciated.
