New names for Stations and Planets?

At first, sorry for my bad English. I made some new systems, but the Stations and Planets have the same Names like New York Stations and Planets. Can anyone tell me How i can make new Names for Stations an Planets and give them to my new Systems?

You need reshack, and copy your existing nameresources.dll to another name..
edit the string tables in your new .dll
theres a thread on here all about it...
i suggest reading it as it goes into great detail,
