The Commandments of Genius
You wish to mod, Here are the rules. If you break these you shall be cheating.
I. Thou shall not edit thine weapons to kill players who are or are not just starting the game, and thoust shall not edit thy hardpoints.
II. Thou shall not purchase any ships which thou plans to use in New York, or all of Liberty.
III. Thou shall not be an arsehole.
IV. Thou shall not crash servers.
V. Thou shall not use a trainer or memory searching device.
VI. Thou shall not drive thoust super "1337" cruiser or battleship into other players.
VII. Thou shall not cloak, change thine textures to invisible, or change thyine LOD ranges to 5.
VIII. Thou shall not use any modifications to allow thine infinite shields, energy, or hull.
IX. Thou shall test thine ships on another server before connecting to a main server.
X. Thou shall not edit Manuverability or speed to give thoust an edge in combat.
If you bear these in mind, you will not be a cheater. There is a fine line between modding and cheating, and hopefully this will show you exactly where it is. If you do not obey these rules, you are cheating and deserve to be banned.
