cannot edit ini

hi there, I'm a newbie.

hey I can't edit my any of my ini files? My system ini files, those I can edit.

When I try to edit any of the FL ini files I see something like garbage, do I have to use any special editor for FL ini files?

pls help.

download the ini-decompressor which should be in the dl section then use it to open the files and save them
the game can use the uncompressed files

How the hell do you use that damn thing

I down loaded it and tried to use it, i drag the file to it and press enter the box closes and nothing happens
