I am trying not to act like a noob but I cant stand it any longer....
I read the posts ALLLLLLLL the way back to the first one when the forum started, and nobody really answered the questions that well...

You did show how to edit the ship .ini file to add the hardpoints but nobody said how to OPEN the .cmp files to make more hardpoints to be able to add them into the ini. I found that the UTF or whatever editor can display them and you can edit but I cant see how the co-ordinates are to place the guns so they're not in the ship or way off it...

How do you edit how much cash you actually START with? I can see how you do it for the mission rewards but whatabout the actuall BEGIN...

How far is the (entire community/company) from making a Editor for pretty much all of this stuff?
