Well, how you do it is this:

get HCl's superb UTF editor and alter the *.cmp file of the corresponding ship to include more hardpoints. It's moderately difficult, but take your time and you'll get the results you want.

T448 ...out.

Yeah... I found that... but the points still didnt show up... maybe I just put wrong co-ordinates in the cmp file.... wish they had a GUI for this...

So did you just slowly keep tweaking the XYZ? How did you get them aligned properly?

(and yes I did go into the ships file and put the hardpoints active ;D)

If you're looking right, you can discover that the Order VHF already has 15 HPs (if u count the used ones in ie. Countermeasures, CDs Torps...). I'm not going to explain this now, just for the modders, I'll post the line here!

hp_type = hp_gun_special_10, HpWeapon01, HpWeapon02, HpWeapon03, HpWeapon04, HpWeapon05, HpWeapon06, HpWeapon07, HpWeapon08, HpMine01, HpCM01, HpTurret01, HpThruster02, HpThruster03, HpShield01

To really max this fighter out you need to install a couple of the Cheese's Beam Weapons :-()

Never mind, I've edited my Anubis and other crafts successfully, however... many thanks include to the guys who posted .cmp tutorial (Adding Hardpoints).

I can finally get rid of the bulky Sabre, and turn my Anubis to Anubeast with 11 Class 10 guns/missiles, 9 Torpedos, 3 Turrets. However, having 7 Torpedos might be overkill over overkill so I gave 4 to Hornet (Cruise Disruptor Mark 02) and 5 to Sunslayer. By the way, I didn't like how Hornet's shape, so I changed the model to use Sunslayer, so the Anubeast now have nice 8 Torpedo-like launchers, and 1 below cpit.

Thanks again, I'll post the pics soon.

Just one problem... I haven't got the orientation right, hehe... I mean for the between-0-and-90-degrees weaps.
