Anyone know how to edit factions?

I want to change my starting factions.. Im curious if anyone dabbled with that yet and where should i look.

mpnewcharacter.fl (in the Exe folder).
Edit with notepad (no conversion needed).

Faction is in the section that reads "house = "

Negative is bad faction. Zero is neutral. Positive is good faction.

house = 0.65, co_ni_grp <<<<< GOOD
house = 0, fc_ouk_grp <<<< NEUTRAL
house = -0.65, fc_rn_grp <<<<<< BAD
