How can i activate the cloaking device???

Hello. Thr Rheinland Ships have a cloaking device.
How can i activate this device in my ship? Some ini Files have this word inside.

there has been much talk of this on here m8,somebody is working on it now but so far i dont think they got it to work,there is a post in here somewhere about it m8.

Activiating the cloak is the easy part, it's deactivating it that's the problem. I'm still working on it, but it's a real bitch to get.
