A couple requests..(Server Managing & Serverside mods)

Hail !

I am desperately looking for info/tools/mods for the following topics:

- How am I able to encode the character files of players on my servers?

- Do we have any Server Monitoring Programs yet ?
* Player Deaths
* Which player in which zone
* Money raise (maybe an alarm for cash raise over a set amount)

- Anything that is a serverside modification that will allow other players to have the same settings without d/l ing anything except for:
* Adding Shields to NPC Ships
* Altering Starting Stats

- Anyone know who am I to contact for the website of "Freelancer Server Stuff" site ? They have this section for hackers which shows some encoded info from character files...And I can't seem to figure out how to do it by myself...

One more Question =)

How can I find out which player is on which account in my "Miltiplayer" folder ? I tried lots of search strings to no avail =/ For example the ID (shown in "Manage Accounts&Characters"
