i was wondering if it ws possible to make a new base with the usual stuff and a ship dealer? i have been scouring the posts, but haven't had any luck finding this information. if someone has it could u post it here plz? thk u

actually is there any way i can get a zip file or something with a new base?
after reinstalling fl for the fifth time i am realy gettingfrustrated. i just want to add a new base to the new york system. i think i can place it where i want. i think. but i could realy use some help with this because after trying to get the relevant info for just a base and not a whole system out of dawn's thread, i just can't manage it.
