??? Starlancer textures ???

I've extracted all of the files from the .HOG files, unpacked all of them so they are no longer compressed and started looking at the models in Milkshape with the .SHP plug-in. While looking through the models I've discovered that a large number of the textures are not among the .TGA files that I got from the .HOG files.

1} Could someone tell me where to find the missing textures.

2} How do I extract them once I've found them.

capships and coalition textures cant be extracted
the only reason why some of the alliance fighter textures are there is because of the MP mode
